Whisky - Stalla Dhu Single Cask Craigellachie 12 Year Old Rye & Ruby - 50% 70cl
This release began its life with a full 12-year maturation before being re-racked into a rye cask, bringing spicy, zesty notes.
It’s then finished in Ruby Port, layering in a rich complexity, an exceptional and distinctive twist on the classic Craigellachie spirit.
Craigellachie distillery, located in the heart of Speyside, is known for producing bold, rich and tropical spirits thanks to the use of worm tub condensers and long fermentation.
Distilled in 2013, with only 372 bottles available.

Nose: Orange zest, aromatic wood, vanilla.
Palate: Caramel, rye spice, birch wood, nougat.
Finish: Warm, lingering finish with a hint of dry spice.
