The Cuaba Diademas Box of 5 is a spectacular, ultra-premium masterpiece that represents the absolute zenith of double-figurado craftsmanship in Cuba. First introduced in 1996, the brand was created to revive the highly complex, tapered shapes that dominated the cigar industry in the 19th century. Due to the extreme difficulty of rolling a giant perfecto of this scale, only the most elite master torcedores at the Briones Montoto factory are permitted to craft this vitola.

The Cuaba Diademas Box of 5 is a spectacular, ultra-premium masterpiece that represents the absolute zenith of double-figurado craftsmanship in Cuba. First introduced in 1996, the brand was created to revive the highly complex, tapered shapes that dominated the cigar industry in the 19th century. Due to the extreme difficulty of rolling a giant perfecto of this scale, only the most elite master torcedores at the Briones Montoto factory are permitted to craft this vitola.

The unique double-figured shape allows the flavor density to morph dramatically, transitioning from tight herbaceous qualities into deep, opulent earth and wood tones.

  • First Third: Igniting the narrow tip produces highly concentrated wisps of dry oak wood, bitter orange peel, and crisp white pepper. As the burn line widens into the main body, the texture softens into notes of sweet hay and fresh herbs.

  • Second Third: The profile deepens significantly into the signature character of the brand. Dominant layers of roasted peanuts, toasted cedar, and a dark honeyed sweetness coat the palate, while a subtle floral aroma accents the retrohale.

  • Final Third: The finale is robust and deeply complex without tipping into overwhelming harshness. The final stage leaves behind long-lasting elements of rich topsoil, fine leather, dark cocoa, and a warm baking spice.
